Join us for the return of our Grand Easter Buffet in the Cascade Ballroom at The Riverhouse Convention Center. Enjoy family fun all day long with the Easter Bunny! We'll have a photo booth, Easter egg hunt, crafting activities, and pictures with the Easter Bunny! Live music will be performed throughout the day by harmony harpist, Laura Leighton. The Grand Easter Buffet will feature North-Western culinary dishes, a delightful revision of classic favorites created by our Executive Chef Travis Taylor. We look forward to providing the backdrop to create a timeless holiday memory for your family!

Seasonal fruit display with cantaloupe, honeydew, pineapple, watermelon, kiwi, strawberries, blueberries, blackberries and raspberries 

Mini parfaits with honey yoghurt, cinnamon granola, and dried fruit

Roasted red and golden beet salad with arugula, goat cheese, candied walnuts, dry sour cherries and lemon chive vinaigrette
